We appoint one of our principal architects to provide professional and experienced contract administration during the construction phase. We oversee the contract works to ensure accuracy in construction, and pay particular attention to the administration of contract adjustments (variations and time extensions) to make sure the job is finished on time and on budget. All our team are highly experienced in working with contractors and ensuring clear communication across all phases of a project.
